Shipping

 

FAST USPS Flat Rate Shipping. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will be notified via email once your package is sent and will receive a tracking number.

FREE pickup. If you live in the Champaign-Urbana, IL area, and choose to pick up, Above Able will email you within 2-3 business days with pick-up instructions. Pick-up is at Salon 192 in St. Joseph, IL.

 

Exchanges

 

We hope you love your purchase, but know sometimes things just don’t work out. We are here to help!

Please note that you are welcome to exchange your items for in store credit up to 14 days from the date your order was received.

Exchange Qualifications: 

  •  Must have receipt of purchase. 

  •  Price tag must be attached to item. 

  •  Item may not be worn, washed, or damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please notify nicole@aboveable.com within 48 hours of receiving the item in order to be considered for return authorization.

  • All sale items are final sale and are not exchangeable.

  • Shipping, handling, and taxes are not eligible for exchange credit.

  •  Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was received following the instructions below.

 Exchange Instructions: 

 Step 1: Email nicole@aboveable.com to initiate exchange.

  •  Email subject: Exchange Authorization Request

  • Email Body:

    • Full name

    • Original order #

    • Original order date

    • Item/s you would like to exchange

    • Reason for exchange

Step 2: Above Able will respond to your email within 3 business days acknowledging your exchange request. If you meet the exchange qualifications, you will be instructed to send your item back to Above Able, and will receive a FREE return label. :)

Step 3:  Pack your item. Place the authorized return item (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with Above Able tag still attached, in the mail. Send item to the address below:
